Retail Wine Prices/Case Discounts

10 for $10

Something new!
On select Saturday afternoons of each month, we will open for a very casual tasting of a variety of retail wines.  Sample ten wines for ten dollars.  These wines are a great addition to your cellar; some for current enjoyment and some may be cellared for a time. Stop in and sample a few wines and chat with Manager Jeff Elasky about your wine interests.  Over the years, we have built strong relationships with many wineries and may be able to offer some hard to get wines as well.  Looking for something in particular?  Let us know!

All of the wines sampled will be available for retail purchase,
with discounts for case purchases.

So Stop by anytime between 3 - 5 pm on the select Saturdays of each month,

Stay for 10 minutes or as long as you would like!

ELLO MATES!
Come to the Refectory on Saturday Afternoon and taste some really good Australian Wines!  Its a terrific deal-ten wines for $10.00 American!
The Refectory is proud to present the Australian Wines of  the DeBortoli Family
De Bortoli Wines is a third generation family wine company established by Vittorio and Giuseppina De Bortoli in 1928. The couple emigrated to Australia from Northern Italy, from mountain villages at the foothills of the Italian Alps, near the historic town of Asolo.  Their son, the energetic and dynamic Deen De Bortoli, (b 1936 – d 2003) expanded and consolidated the business created by his parents. Deen's children established De Bortoli's reputation for premium wine including icon dessert wine Noble One and the Yarra Valley wines.  Italian family values passed down from Vittorio remain core values, there is a culture of hard work, generosity of spirit and of sharing good food, good wine and good times with family and friends.

De Bortoli has expanded into some of Australia’s best known wine regions across Victoria and New South Wales including the Yarra, King and Hunter Valleys from its original base in Bilbul, in the Riverina region of southern New South Wales.

In New South Wales, the Riverina produces the acclaimed Noble One, world class fortified and premium varietal wines while the Hunter Valley is renowned for the unique character and longevity of its Semillon and Shiraz wines.

In Victoria the Yarra Valley is recognised for its cool climate wines made from classic varieties notably Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Viognier, Pinot Noir, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. In the north east the King Valley is establishing a reputation for its delicious European style wines
