The Refectory has two completely private rooms which can accommodate groups from six to sixty.
Private Wine Room: Located in our wine cellar (24' x 14'); seats up to 22 at one large rectangular table.
Upstairs Choir Room: Located a few steps up from the main dining area (42' x 24'); seats up to 60 guests for a sit-down dinner or stand-up reception.
Private luncheons, hors d'oeuvre receptions, and personalized wine tastings are also available.
Refectory Catering: To serve a minimum of 8 or up to 150 guests, for off-premise events, we will work with you to orchestrate the event you envision. The menu will be personally created for your special event.

These menu selections are a beginning - we are happy to work together with you to create the evening you envision - from a three course dinner meeting to an elaborate 7 course dinner with wine pairings --- and everything in between!
Private Events Menu Selections *For
parties of up to 24, guests may have a choice of two selections each of
appetizers, soup, salad, and dessert, and up to three selections for a
main course.
*For parties of 25 or more, guests would all be
served the same selection you have chosen for appetizer, soup and
salad, dessert, and up to two selections for a main course. For parties
of 25 or more, we would request the correct number of pre-ordered
choices from your guests at least three days prior to the date of your
event.

APPETIZERS *you may select one or two to offer your guests
Mushrooms with Pastry $6.00 Sautéed fresh mushrooms with herbs and Madeira sauce in puff pastry.
Ramekin of Escargots $7.00 French Burgundy escargots baked with fresh parsley and garlic butter.
Scallop Timbale $8.00 Saffron sauce.
European Smoked Salmon $9.00 The finest fresh smoked salmon thinly sliced, served with capers and onions.
French Country Terrine $7.00 Accented with green peppercorns chilled and sliced.
Shrimp Cocktail 3-Shrimp $7.00, 4-Shrimp $8.50, 5-Shrimp $10.00 Chilled gulf shrimp with cocktail sauce.
SOUPS *you may select one or two to offer your guests
French Onion Soup $5.00 Baked au gratin with Gruyère.
Crab Bisque $6.00 With cream.
Chefs Soup Du Jour $4.00 A changing presentation from fresh market offerings.
SALADS *you may select one or two to offer your guests
Caesar Salad $5.00 Fresh romaine tossed with a blend of Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and a touch of garlic.
Seasonal Mesclun Salad $5.00 A blend of fresh seasonal greens tossed with our house gourmet vinaigrette.
ENTREES *you may select two or three to offer your guests. Dinners include vegetable, potato, bread, and butter.
Salmon Bonne Femme $20.00 With fresh mushrooms and tomato concassee cream sauce.
Seafood Coulibiac $18.50 Pavé of fresh seafood baked in pastry, sliced and served with a saffron vin blanc.
Red Snapper $20.00 Pan-seared and finished with Dijon vin blanc.
Chicken Fricassee $17.00 Airline breast of chicken (with wing and breast) marinated in garlic, roasted and served with a wild herb sauce.
Flat Iron Steak $26.00 roasted and served with country Roquefort butter
Pork Loin Chop $26.00 Stuffed with veal mousse, accented with mushroom sauce.
Filet Mignon $29.00* Roasted, served with a cardamom sauce.
CHEF'S DUET To facilitate service for large parties, may we suggest all guests be served the same entree. These entree selections are available only when everyone in the party will be having the same selection.

We can
accommodate audio-visual equipment, and have a slide projector, screen,
or overhead projector available for presentations.
To ensure long-range planning, The Refectory
Banquet Menu does not change as often as our other menus. Our banquet
menu presents starting points. We can work with you to orchestrate the
type of evening you envision.

OFF-PREMISE CATERING The Refectory is pleased to announce our new catering service. This is an exclusive service we are extending to you by bringing The Refectory to your home or business. Our off-premise catering is limited to a four- to six-course dinner for four to twelve guests.
We will work with you to orchestrate each event to be special and unique.
